Jeev Trika, M.B.A, Managing Director
Jeev Trika is the Managing Director of buywebsite.com and oversees all transactions. He is a graduate of Purdue University (Bachelors in Computer Science & MBA) with 12 years of business experience. Out of college, he sold information services to enterprises in Dallas for the Big 5 consulting firms. Jeev has extensive experience as the lead in web design and application development engagements from work at e-ventures Worldwide, LLC and inteleSolve, an e-Business consulting firm. Past engagements in this capacity include organizations such as IBM Global Services, Pepsi, Frito Lay, Siebel, Jordan Industries, Purdue University, Gramtel, Global Access Point, and more. Project size range and length has varied from 2 weeks to over 24 months, giving Jeev the experience to successfully see through projects both big and small.

John McIlroy, Director M.A., M.B.A., M.Tax.
John has over 20 years experience in mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in his career he was co-founder of the venture capital group at a large national bank. He has worked on dozens of transactions acting on behalf of both buyers and sellers. For the last 10 years John has focused exclusively on helping web businesses grow through acquisitions and private equity investment. He works closely with the business owners to prepare for a sale, structure the deal, negotiate terms, complete due diligence, and finalize the agreement. John holds an MBA in Finance and a Masters degree in Taxation. In his spare time he can be found on the baseball diamond where he coaches his son's Little League baseball team.

Ken Jure, M.Sc, M.B.A., Senior Associate
With over 20 years of marketing and general business experience, Ken is a 'hands on', results oriented professional with a demonstrated ability to generate profits and revenues with multi-national firms such as Johnson and Johnson, Fuji Photo Film, Transcontinental Printing and Uniphar plc., a leading Irish pharmacy distribution company. His skills include all aspects of online and web marketing, sales planning, business planning, process improvement, coaching and mentoring. He provides web-based marketing consulting services through his company, Boyne Business Associates and teaches Services Marketing and International Marketing at a local College. Ken's formal education includes B.Sc., an M.Sc. and an M.B.A.

Tina Dehaan, Associate
Tina has over 15 years experience in sales and marketing. She has worked closely with both buyers and sellers preparing for sales, negotiating terms and finalizing agreements. For the last five years she has focused primarily on assisting clients negotiate private sales and acquisitions. In her spare time she travels to horse shows where she competes with her American Paint Horses.

James W. Smyth, M.B.A., J.D., Legal Analyst
In 1979, Jim graduated from the University of Notre Dame Law School and Graduate School of Business with a Masters in Business Admin. and a Juris Doctor degree, where he was Associate Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review. He understands the business side of mergers and acquisitions. Transaction value can be significantly enhanced through Jim’s extensive knowledge of exit strategies and people preparedness necessities.

Dennis Beville, Financial Analyst
After college Dennis embarked on a career in accounting at a major steel corporation and served his country as an officer in the United States Army. After his duty in the Army he joined a Swiss based company and became involved in international sales and marketing, returning to the Midwest in the early 70's to begin his 39 year career in the commercial banking business. Dennis retired in January of 2009 and has been actively involved in his community and various projects since.

Juneyeta Mattix, Media and Marketing Coordinator
Juneyeta has over 10 years of experience creating and developing strategic business relationships. Previous to working in the marketing and media fields her experiences have been in technology advocacy, corporate leadership and business planning and development. She is responsible for managing and implementing creative strategies for marketing and media relations. She works closely with businesses and media partners to maximize visibility through various relevant channels. During her experiences Juneyeta has managed many campaigns for agile, entrepreneurial organizations with a focus on online business. She brings her business and communications background to create positive relationships with our partners. Juneyeta holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communications from Ball State University. In her spare time she enjoys collecting antique costume jewelry and spending time with her family.
